Joshua Kyle Wooldridge was born Oct.1, 1985, to Steven and Sharon (Vos) Wooldridge in Pella. Josh died in a farming-related accident on the family farm, doing what he loved, on Oct. 31, 2018. His memorial service was held Monday, Nov. 5, at

Sully Community Church.   Memorials have been designated for the Sully Community Church Mission Fund.

Josh attended Peoria Christian School and was a 2004 graduate of Pella Christian High School and a 2006 graduate of Muscatine Community College.  Josh was a farmer who loved the Lord Jesus Christ and nature. He enjoyed attending farm auctions, antique machinery shows, and collecting antique Oliver tractors, raising cattle, grain hauling, and machinery hauling for other farmers. He was a kind, compassionate Christian man who would help anyone. Josh was a member of Sully Community Church where he was a helper for AWANAs, ran the sound system, and loved singing in the praise team and attending church and fellowshipping with other believers.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Steve and Sharon of Peoria; his sister, Bethany (Jon) Van Waardhuizen, and their daughter Aria of Sarasota, FL; and his brother, Nathaniel Wooldridge of Peoria.  He is also survived by his aunts and uncles:  Alvin and Joyce Vos of New York, Morris and Mary Elizabeth Vos of Illinois, David and Judi Vos of North Carolina, Diane Wooldridge of Oskaloosa, and James Wooldridge of Colorado, along with numerous cousins.
