Jason Driscoll, 34

Jason Paul Driscoll, 34, of Johnstown, CO, passed away Dec. 1, 2014, at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO. He was born Jan. 15, 1980, to Alan and Paula (DePenning) Driscoll in Cedar Rapids. Paula was born and raised in the Lynnville-Sully area.

Jason’s family moved to Colorado when he was two years old, and he grew up in Westminster where he attended Standley Lake High School. On Feb. 9, 2008, he married Gina Bomhoff in Johnstown. Jason worked as a plumber for 14 years, most recently for J. E. Mohan, until his health declined. He enjoyed the outdoors, cooking, spending time with his family, and was the life of the party. His family will remember him as a kind and loving person.

Jason is survived by his wife, Gina Driscoll of Johnstown and their children, Wade, Sadie, and Lacey; parents, Alan and Paula Driscoll of Westminster, CO; and brother, Aaron Driscoll of Arvada, CO. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and uncles Delbert DePenning and Charlie Driscoll.

A celebration of Jason’s life was held Friday, Dec. 5, at Grace Community Church in Johnstown. Interment was in Johnstown Cemetery.
