Gregory K. Christensen, 68, of Chandler, AZ, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2023, after ongoing health issues. Greg graduated from Lynnville-Sully High School in 1973 and from Des Moines Area Community College, where he studied automotive mechanics. After DMACC graduation, Greg worked and lived in Nevada, IA, before moving to Arizona, where he continued to enjoy a career in the automotive industry.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents, Junior and Joyce Christensen, longtime residents of Sully. Greg is survived by his wife Denise Christensen of Chandler, AZ; two daughters, Skyler and Kaycee; his brother, Gary (Lynnette) Christensen of Sully; and two sisters Melissa (Dan) Johnson of Mountain Home, AR, and Mary Ann (Dale) Hawkins of Dinwiddie, VA.
A celebration of Greg's life will be held at the Valley of the Sun Mortuary, Chandler, AZ, on July 30, 2023.
