Brad Crews, 67

Bradley Arl Crews, 67, husband of Melissa Mader, of Holiday, FL, passed away peacefully on Friday, Mar. 19, 2021, surrounded by family, after a short battle with cancer.

Brad was born July 5, 1953, in Centerville, son of Arl and Louise (Gause) Crews. He graduated from Lynnville-Sully High School in 1971 and attended George Fox College in Oregon. He has been residing in Florida since 2005.

He is survived by his wife Melissa Mader; his mother Louise Crews; five children, Josh (Christina) Crews, Andrea (Stanford) Rhuland, Zachary (Julia) Crews, Joseph (Mollie) Crews, and Gabriel (Kiya) Crews; one sister Stacey (Clyde) Lisk; nephew Carson Lisk; and eight grandchildren, William, Cole, Russell, Camille, Connor, Cace, McKenna, and Carter.

He was preceded in death by his father Arl Crews.

Brad will be remembered as a loving son, father, brother, grandfather, and friend. He was extremely caring, thoughtful, and encouraging, and had a good-natured sense of humor. He greatly enjoyed watching his kids play sports, fishing with his grandkids, and spending time with family and friends. He never missed a chance to tell his children how much he loved them.

We will miss his laugh and his voice, but know one day we will see him again. “This world is not my home, I'm just a passing through.”

If desired, memorials may be sent to Marliere Hospice Care Center, 6801 Rowan Road, New Port Richey, FL 34653 or the charity of your choice.
