Donald Van Rees, 86, of Pella and formerly of Sully, passed away Jan. 17, 2026. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 27, at Garden Chapel Funeral Home, Pella. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 28, at Sully Christian Reformed Church. Memorials may be given to the Sully Christian School.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Deloris and their family:
Donna (Vaughn) Newendorp of Pella, Duane (Marla) Van Rees of Lynnville, and Diane (Tony) Jetter of West Des Moines; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
