You are invited to attend the Sully 2050 Comprehensive Plan Open House to learn about it and provide feedback before the draft plan is finalized. The Comprehensive Plan will serve as a long-term guide for future growth and development, addressing topics such as housing, transportation, parks and recreation, economic development, and land use. The draft plan reflects input gathered from residents and community stakeholders throughout the planning process.
The open house offers an opportunity for community members to review the draft plan, ask questions, and share their thoughts with the planning team. Everyone is encouraged to attend 4-7 p.m., Monday, Aug. 3, at Sully Community Center.
Community feedback is an important part of the planning process and will help ensure the final Plan reflects the Sully community's priorities and vision for the future. To review the draft, visit sullyia.com/sullycomprehensive-plan or stop by Sully City Hall. Public comment on the draft is being accepted until 5 p.m., Friday Aug. 7.
Please submit any questions or comments to Zhi Chen, senior planner at Mid-Iowa Planning Alliance (MIPA) by email at [email protected] or by phone at 515-304-4110.
