The new female country group Farewell Angelina will be in concert from 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 4, in Sully Central Park. The price of admission to the “Goodbye Heartbreak” Concert is only your attendance to honor those who have paid, and are still paying, the price of our freedom. A freewill offering will be taken to help some of our veterans be able to say, “Goodbye, heartbreak.”
The schedule of events is: Noon-2 p.m. potluck/tailgating in and around Sully square; 1-2:30 p.m. The Red Barn Saloon and Grille O.K. Singers Reunion; and 2:30-4:30 pm. Farewell Angelina Concert.
Please take your own lawn chairs, food, and drink.
Nicole Witt, who presented local concerts in recent years, is a member of the Farewell Angelina group, which presented a concert in Lynnville on Aug. 21.
