Mark your calendars for soups, relishes, desserts, and drinks for a freewill donation at a benefit for Denny Zylstra of Lynnville. The event is set for Saturday, Oct. 4 from 5-8 p.m. at the Lynnville Bank basement. All proceeds will go to Zylstra, who is undergoing a series of new treatments for his debilitating Hepatitis C, contracted during a blood transfusion approximately 40 years ago.
Fill up on great food for a good cause and enter a drawing for a chance to win fantastic prizes! Red tickets can be purchased for $1 each or six tickets for $5. Prizes won with red tickets include certificates from Pizza Ranch, Applebee’s, Pagliai’s, Riverside Junction, Vande Krol Photography, and Sarah’s Studio; and fresh cinnamon rolls, an iPod, a digital camera, and more! Blue tickets can be purchased for $5 each or six for $25. Prizes won with blue tickets include a TV, a $100 gift card to Sully Plumbing and Heating, one-night stay at the Linden House in Lynnville, and more!
