Kaylee Rae Van Weelden and Scott Alan Thornhill announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. Parents of the couple are Dwight and Jerilyn Van Weelden of Lynnville and Jeff and Dana Thornhill of St. Peters, MO.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Pella Christian High School, a graduate of Truman State University with a BA in English in 2013, and a master of arts education in 2014. She is a secondary English teacher.
The groom-elect is a 2010 graduate of Living Word Christian High School and a 2014 Truman State University graduate with a BA in communications. He is seeking a master of arts in counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO.
The couple is planning a July 12 wedding at the Sully Christian Reformed Church.
