The engagement of Kara Kaylee Jansen and Seth Jeffrey Ruiter is announced by their parents, Rick and Staci Jansen of Sully and Jeff and Lisa Ruiter, formerly of Pella and currently of Milford.
Kara is a 2013 graduate of Pella Christian High School and a 2014 graduate of the Iowa School of Beauty with a cosmetology degree. She is a cosmetologist at Hair West in Ankeny.
Seth is a 2012 graduate of Pella Christian High School and is working on a business administration and financial services degree from AIB College of Business. He is a relationship banker at Bankers Trust, Des Moines.
The couple is planning an Apr. 24 wedding at Sully Christian Reformed Church.
