Ryan and Emily Van Kooten are the parents of twin girls born on July 16. Scarlett Rose weighed 4 pounds 15 ounces and was 17 inches long. Sophia Grace weighed 4 pounds 7 ounces and was 17 3/4 inches long. Their brother is Micah who is 3 1/2 years old.
