Taylor and Katie Riggen of Oskaloosa are the parents of a son, Jack Jeffrey, born Dec. 27, 2017, at Pella Regional Health Center. Jack weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and measured 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Dan and Marla Nieuwsma of Oskaloosa and Jeff and Shelly Riggen of Pella.
Great-grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ernie Engbers, Mr. and Mrs. Ron Riggen, Marsha Riggen, all of Pella; Lauella Nieuwsma of Oskaloosa; and Jonella Van Wyk of Sully.
