Scott and Kayla Kelly of Sully are the parents of a daughter, Evelyn Jo, born June 25, 2015. She weighed eight pounds. Her brother is William Ronald, age 11-1/2 months. Grandparents are Joel and Deann Jansen of Kellogg, Randy and Patty Jackson of Polk City, and Tim Kelly of Newton. Great-grandparents are Carroll and Norma Harthoorn of Sully, Verla and the late Ronald Jansen of Sully, the late Joseph and the late Evelyn Kelly of Newton, and the late Russell and the late Winifred Hagen of Kellogg.
