Emmet Ray DeBruin, son of Sami and Andrew DeBruin of Oskaloosa, was born at 7:38 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018, at Pella Regional Health Center. He weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces and measured 20-1/4 inches long.
