Joel and Suzy Foley of Lewiston, ID, are parents of a son, Eli Joel born Friday, Oct. 16, 2015. Eli weighed 7 pounds 15.5 ounces and measured 20 3/4 inches long. His brothers are William (4 1/2), Samuel (3), and Thaddeus (1 1/2). Grandparents are Larry and Barb Van Wyngarden of Newton and Steve and Diana Foley of Visalia, CA. Great-grandparents are Minnie Van Wyngarden of Pella, EG and Reba Bates of Hanford, CA, George and Shirley Will of Hammond, LA, and Jim and Paula Foley of Pittsburg, KS.
