Zach and Tiffany Mennen of Iowa City became the proud parents of a baby girl, Delilah Rose, on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016. She weighed 7 pounds 13.5 ounces and measured 21.5 inches long. Grandparents include Chris (Sylvester) and Jim Mennen of Iowa City and great-grandparents Walter and Ethel Sylvester of Lynnville.
