Several Lynnville-Sully FFA members recently completed harvesting 35 acres of soybeans on Saturday, Oct. 17, at the FFA Land Lab located near Searsboro. Under the leadership of FFA advisor and agriculture teacher Mr. Brian Lowry, several FFA members partnered with generous community volunteers to complete the 2015 harvest.

Grassley recognized for casting 12,000th vote in U.S. Senate
Senate leaders this week recognized Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa for casting his 12,000th Senate vote early Friday morning, Oct. 30. Only 17 senators in history have cast more votes than Grassley.
