On Dec. 9, 2009, a beautiful blue-eyed daughter, Macy Belle Bruxvoort, was born to Lucas and Lanae Bruxvoort from Goodyear, AZ. In May 2010, she was diag-nosed with a mitochondrial disorder. In accordance with God's plan, she never walked or talked, but she did impact many lives. Macy enjoyed many snuggles and kisses, music, and books. On Jan. 30, 2014, she left the loving arms of her mom and dad and ran through the gates of heaven to meet Jesus. Macy is survived by her parents, Lucas and Lanae Bruxvoort, and her eight-year-old brother, Brody John Bruxvoort, from Goodyear, AZ; her grandparents, Ervin and Deb Bruxvoort from Oskaloosa, Marianne Vink and Nelson and Norma Nikkel from Pella; her great-grandparents, Brant and Martha Bruxvoort from Oskaloosa; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandpa Marion Vink and the rest of her great-grandparents. She will be greatly missed by all her family, friends, and caregivers.
