The countdown to the start of the 2017-18 school year is in the single digits, and area schools are ready to welcome students for a fantastic year of learning.
Lynnville-Sully School will host a back-to-school night for students and parents on Monday, Aug. 21. K-8 staff will be present from 6-7 p.m. and high school staff from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The first day of school at L-S is Wednesday, Aug. 23.
Tuesday, Aug. 22, Sully Christian School will hold its annual back-to-school picnic for students and families from 6-8 p.m. The first day of school is Wednesday, Aug. 23, with a 2 p.m. early dismissal. The first day for transitional kindergarten students is Thursday, Aug. 24.
