Ronald and Barbara Sennert of Linn Grove are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kate Sennert, to Jacob Van Manen, son of Kevin and Julie Van Manen of Kellogg.
Kate is a 2010 graduate of Sioux Central High School and a 2014 graduate of Iowa State University, Ames. Kate works for NuTech Seed, Ames, in the marketing department.
Jacob is a 2010 graduate of Lynnville-Sully High School and a 2014 graduate of Central College, Pella. Jacob farms with his dad and sells seed.
The happy couple will wed Nov. 19, 2016, in Rembrandt. Following the wedding, they plan to live close to the farm near Kellogg.
