Amber Snyder and Jake Mathis were united in marriage on Sept. 24, 2016, at 3:30 p.m. in an outdoor ceremony held at Co-Line’s Lake 7-A.
The bride is the daughter of Robert Jr. (Bob) and Jeanne Snyder of Gilman, and the groom is the son of Steve and Sharon Mathis of Grinnell.
The bride was attended by her sister, Charleen; her friend, Lisa; and stepdaughter, Haley. The groom’s brother, Doug, served as his best man, and his sons, Lane and Wyatt, also stood up with their father. The bride’s son Isaiah was the ring bearer for the ceremony.
The wedding was officiated by Paul Davis, and a reception was held at the Eagles Club in Grinnell.
The couple and their children are now at home in Lynnville.
